The panicked mood on Twitter has subsided and so has my hesitation to do outfit posts again.
I can probably say I’ve seen more of Michigan in my friend’s 48-hour visit than I’ve had in 22 years. I have her to thank for booking a flight after 30 minutes of finding out I was here and, therefore, forcing me to get my lazy ass off the couch and go ‘sight-seeing.’ Not much to see here so we ended up going downtown and boutique hopping instead. Not that we bought anything, mostly bringing business to restos/cupcake/coffee shops- pointing fingers at them as the cause of my bulging stomach (see greedy sushi pic.) Shoutout to Monette Navarro for a lovely weekend of firsts and for unknowingly putting things into perspective. Pushing it and saying the gold in my outfit is symbolic of my own torch/ reignited fires. We shall see, Manila.
That felt like a retreat to me. You should have shared the lake view from your backyard. Spending $$$ for you was worth it cause it’s been yearssssss. Keep it up! Hee hee. See you soon. In Manila.
